Aamir Khan Dangal Become Highest Grossing Hindi Film

Aamir Khan aka Mr. Perfectionist has again shown his perfection in her recently released film Dangal. Dangal was the most awaited movie of 2016 by Bollywood and it was released at the end of the year.

As expected, within few days of it’s released, Dangal made a huge success throughout the world. The Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has scored his best worldwide opening with Dangal. The film just broke many records on its first day of release and it is continuing following the path of success in India and other countries.

Dangal, A Review

Dangal, a domestic sports drama that drags on for two hours and 40 minutes. The film is based on a real life true story of Indian amateur wrestling champion Mahavir Singh Phogat.

Mahavir Singh Phogat, who lived all his life in dreaming to proudly take home the athletic gold. But due to lack of government support and funding, he wasn’t able to go for gold himself. Instead, he trained his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari and turned them into a competitive wrestler and make them able to take the gold medal for India. In fact, his daughter Geeta was the first Indian women wrestler to ever qualify for the Olympics.

Aamir Khan’s Dangal story is revolving around the story of Mahavir Singh Phogat and his continuous struggle to make his daughters the finest wrestlers of the country by going against all the odds of the society.

The story of Dangal was written absolutely amazing by Nitesh Tiwari to make it more comfortable for the viewers than reality. Besides the story, the acting of Aamir Khan and other cast was the only thing that gives the movie a perfect success.

Cast Members

The role of Mahavir Singh Phogat was played by Aamir Khan himself. This was considered as to be the most difficult task ever done by Aamir Khan. A lot of struggle had been done by Aamir Khan to make him suitable for this role. His loss of weight and gaining of six packs for the young Mahavir Singh and then the gain of pounds of weight with a round big belly is another story for the aged look of Mahavir.

The other most fascinating character was Geeta Phogat which was played with so much perfection by Fatima Sana Sheikh. Her transformation from a pretty lady to the restless tomboy was an art itself.

The Final Review of the Plot

The plot of the movie was quite fascinating which includes all the emotion, light humor, dedication, struggle and the perfect bonding in the family all in one script. The other important part Aamir Khan has shown is that if you have the passion for achieving something then nothing can stop you to get it. In the society full of gender discrimination, Mahavir Singh daughters all come up with proud and make it possible which Mahavir Singh couldn’t.
